First Way to Use the Scroll Bar:

To view a lower part of the document, click on the down arrow at the bottom of the scroll bar. Each click will move the document a small increment.

To return to the top of the document, click on the up arrow at the top of the scroll bar.

Click the down arrow now, using the scroll bar to the right, until you reach the bottom of the page.
